CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. CEO Stock Sale Covers Withholding Taxes on Restricted Stock Vesting

LOS ANGELES, Sep 13, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) today announced that the sale of 84,905 shares of common stock by the Company's chief executive officer, Brett White, on September 9, 2010 was made pursuant to a previous election to sell sufficient shares to cover payment of withholding taxes due on the vesting of prior grants of restricted stock units. Mr. White received no net proceeds from the sale.
