Robert E. Sulentic
Chair & Chief Executive Officer

Bob Sulentic has been President & Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group, Inc. since December 2012. He assumed additional responsibilities as Board Chair in November 2023. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2022 revenues of $30.8 billion and approximately 115,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries.
CBRE is ranked #135 on the Fortune 500 and has been Fortune’s Most Admired Real Estate Company for four out of the last five years.
Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Sulentic served as President of CBRE, with responsibility for all business segments. In addition, he served as the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2009, during the depth of the global financial crisis. Earlier, Mr. Sulentic served as Group President for CBRE’s EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Development Services businesses.
Mr. Sulentic began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Houston, Texas. Throughout the next 23 years he served in various leadership positions, including Project Partner, Divisional Partner, Managing Director and CFO. Mr. Sulentic was elected President and CEO of Trammell Crow Company in October 2000, and he became Chairman of the Board in April 2002. He served in those roles when Trammell Crow Company merged with CBRE in late 2006.
Mr. Sulentic is a member of the CBRE Group, Inc. Board of Directors. He also served as the independent Chairman of the Board of Staples, Inc. until its acquisition by Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, in September 2017.
Mr. Sulentic received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. Mr. Sulentic founded and chairs a private foundation that supports various charitable endeavors by providing direct grants to third-party organizations as well as executing its own initiatives.
Chandra Dhandapani
Chief Executive Officer, Global Workplace Solutions

Chandra Dhandapani has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business segment since May 2022. Ms. Dhandapani is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
GWS is a global, integrated, full-service real estate outsourcing business serving the world’s largest real estate occupiers in more than 100 countries, and produced more than $17 billion of revenue in 2021.
As Global CEO of GWS, Ms. Dhandapani oversees the delivery of all services, including facilities management, project management and transaction services, to local and multinational occupier clients around the world. She brings the best of her previous responsibilities for the People, Supply Chain and Marketing functions – as well as her extensive Digital & Technology background – to her leadership of GWS.
Prior to her promotion of CEO of GWS, she served in a dual role as CBRE’s Chief Transformation Officer, with executive oversight for People, Marketing, Supply Chain and Corporate Real Estate, and Chief Operating Officer of GWS. In the latter capacity, Ms. Dhandapani had senior leadership responsibility for the GWS Enterprise business and GWS Operations around the world. She focused on enabling the GWS team in accelerating the growth of the business and improving client outcomes.
Ms. Dhandapani joined CBRE in 2016 to lead the company’s digital strategy and all aspects of technology globally. Ms. Dhandapani turbocharged CBRE’s approach to leveraging technology as an enabler, assembled a high-performing team, and strengthened CBRE’s expertise in harnessing data as a differentiator.
Prior to joining CBRE, she was a senior technology executive at Capital One Financial where she spent 17 years in various roles in Technology, Marketing & Analytics and Operations. In her last role there, she served as Digital Transformation Leader and Chief Information Officer of the bank’s Financial Services division, comprised of Capital One Auto Finance, Mortgage, Home Equity and Home Loans Servicing.
Ms. Dhandapani is a member of the Board of Trustees at St. Mark’s School of Texas.
Chad Doellinger
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Chad Doellinger was promoted to CBRE’s General Counsel in July 2023. In this role he has responsibility for all the company’s legal affairs globally as well as safety initiatives and corporate security. He Is a member of CBRE’s global Executive Committee.
Prior to his promotion, Chad was Chief Transformation Officer, with a focus on operational excellence, programmatic cost management and transformation programs across the global enterprise.
Before becoming Chief Transformation Officer, Chad was Legal Chief Operations Officer with responsibility for driving business and technical practices in delivering legal services across the department. In addition, Chad was a Deputy General Counsel with global responsibility for overseeing litigation, intellectual property, eDiscovery, data science and analytics, and insurance and claims.
While in Legal, Chad was the Executive Sponsor for the Department’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the Pro Bono and Giving Back Workstream.
Before joining CBRE in 2020, Chad was a partner in the law firm of Greenberg Traurig and earlier the head of complex litigation at Walmart. He has served as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School for the last 20 years.
Jack Durburg
Chief Executive Officer, Advisory Services

Jack Durburg has served as Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services business segment since May 2022. This global business segment includes Advisory & Transaction Services (Occupier and Investor), Property Management, Capital Markets and Valuations and produced nearly $10 billion of revenue in 2021. Mr. Durburg serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee and Foundation Board.
Prior to this role, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business segment. GWS is a global, integrated, full-service real estate outsourcing business serving the world’s largest real estate occupiers in more than 100 countries, and produced more than $17 billion of revenue in 2021.
Prior to assuming the leadership of GWS, Mr. Durburg was CBRE’s Global Chief Operating Officer with broad responsibility and authority across the entire company for service line excellence, operating efficiencies and its Global Client Care program. He provided leadership for Advisory & Transaction Services, Capital Markets, Property Management, Valuation Services and Project Management. He also had executive oversight for global Research and Marketing, global budgeting and KPIs, and worldwide M&A activity in partnership with CBRE’s Corporate Development team.
Previously, Mr. Durburg served as Group President and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas. In this executive leadership role, he had responsibility for all the firm’s geographies and service lines within the region.
Prior to his Americas leadership role, he was Global President, Advisory & Transaction Services, which encompassed leasing and sales across all product types (office, industrial and retail) for occupiers and investors. In this role, he focused on driving differentiation and strong growth and cementing CBRE’s market-leading position in all product lines around the globe.
Earlier, he served as President, Central Division for CBRE. In this role, Mr. Durburg directed a geographical division encompassing more than 25 offices across nine states, with responsibility for all service lines. Before that, he served as Executive Managing Director and overall market leader for CBRE’s Chicago region.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2001, Mr. Durburg served as Vice President and Regional Leasing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. in Chicago.
Emma Giamartino
Chief Financial Officer

Emma Giamartino is Chief Financial Officer of CBRE and oversees the company’s global finance organization, which includes controllership, financial planning & analysis, financial risk & assurance, insurance, investor relations, tax and treasury. She is also responsible for capital allocation, working in partnership with CBRE’s executive, investment management and development leaders on real estate investment activities.
She is a member of the company’s global Executive Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of Industrious, a leading provider of premium flexible workplace solutions; CBRE is Industrious’ largest shareholder.
Prior to becoming CFO of CBRE, Ms. Giamartino served as Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Corporate Development. She joined CBRE in February 2018 to lead CBRE’s M&A activities in the Americas. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Giamartino served as Director of Corporate Development at Verizon Communications where she executed M&A transactions and strategic investments across Verizon’s core businesses.
Earlier, Ms. Giamartino worked in Nomura’s technology, media and telecommunications group, where she held progressively responsible positions, most recently as Vice President, Investment Banking for the group. She began her career at Financial Security Assurance, a financial guaranty insurance company focused on municipal bonds and mortgage-backed securities.
Vikram Kohli
Chief Operating Officer

Vikram Kohli was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CBRE in April 2023 with responsibility for driving operational excellence across the global enterprise.
In this role, Mr. Kohli works closely with CBRE’s global CEO, CFO and business segment CEOs to ensure strong progress against strategic initiatives, growth and margin targets, and talent development aspirations. He also has direct responsibility for key components of CBRE’s platform, including the Transformation Office, Sustainability, Strategy, Research, Procurement, People, Marketing, Digital & Technology and Corporate Communications. In this capacity, he leads a powerful, one-of-a-kind commercial real estate platform that drives compelling advantages for CBRE’s internal and external clients and is a key growth accelerator for the company.
Mr. Kohli is a member of the Global Executive Committee.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Kohli served as Chief Executive Officer, CBRE Platform, Global Group President, Business Intelligence and also led key global Corporate Finance functions including FP&A, Business Finance and the FIO.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kohli was Chief Operating Officer of CBRE in South East Asia. In this role, he had oversight of CBRE’s business in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Singapore. Prior to that, he was the Regional Managing Director, South East Asia.
From 2014, he was Executive Director, Sales Management, Asia Pacific for five years, where he was responsible for driving an efficient sales management process across all business lines and geographies in the APAC region. Earlier, he served as Senior Director, Global Transactions where he worked closely with CBRE’s Global Head of Advisory and Transaction Services (Brokerage) to develop and implement a strategic growth plan for this business line across all regions.
Mr. Kohli joined CBRE in 2001 in India as part of the Transactions team focusing on occupier advisory and office leasing.
Banke Odunaike
Chief Culture Officer

Banke A. Odunaike serves as CBRE’s Chief Culture Officer with responsibility for ethics & compliance, diversity, equity & inclusion, senior leadership talent identification and development, and succession planning. She is a member of CBRE’s global Executive Committee.
Prior to assuming this role in July 2023, Banke was Head of EMEA & APAC Legal for CBRE’s Advisory Services business, leading a team of 97 legal professionals across 43 countries.
Banke joined CBRE as Senior Director, EMEA Legal in 2017. She was appointed Head of EMEA Legal in 2020 and her role was further expanded to oversee the APAC region in January 2023.
A champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the law, Banke has been recognised as one of the UK’s 21 ‘Women Who Will’ for ‘Driving Innovation in Diversity & Inclusion’ according to the Obelisk Report (in partnership with the Next 100 Years Project).
Banke established CBRE’s UK Legal DE&I Taskforce - a team who saw CBRE become foundation signatory to the UK Model Diversity Survey in 2021. She is Executive Sponsor of CBRE’s REACH network and sits on the Senior Advisory Board of the Apollo Leadership Institute which brings together general counsel and senior in-house lawyers to collaborate on culture, leadership, and talent; as well as on the creation of meritocratic workplaces. She is also a member of The Eagle Club – a global network of women in senior leadership positions who work proactively to promote equality and the progression of talented women in business.
Banke has over 17 years of corporate-commercial law experience. She is recognised in the legal industry as one of the UK’s most daring, innovative and creative lawyers and has been named in The Lawyer Magazine’s prestigious Hot 100 list. Banke started her career in Private Practice as a trainee solicitor at Gosschalks. On qualification, she joined Shoosmiths as a Pensions Lawyer and later joined Addleshaw Goddard where she advised Trustee boards and Corporates on pensions strategy and risk mitigation. She moved in-house to Mercer (a Marsh & McLennan Company) in 2012 where she served as EMEA Corporate Counsel (Principal) providing general corporate and commercial advice to Mercer’s regional business before making the move to CBRE in 2017.
Banke is active in the community and is a proud mum of two children and a Jack-a-Poo.
Daniel Queenan
Chief Executive Officer, Real Estate Investments

Danny Queenan has served as Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment since May 2022. In this capacity, Mr. Queenan directly oversees the businesses that comprise the REI segment; CBRE Investment Management, the company’s global real asset investment management business, and Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development business. These businesses had AUM of approximately $144 billion and a $33 billion development portfolio (in-process and pipeline), respectively, as of September 30, 2022. Mr. Queenan serves on CBRE’s Executive Committee.
Prior to this role, he was Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services business segment, which includes Advisory & Transaction Services (Occupier and Investor), Property Management, Capital Markets and Valuations. These businesses produced nearly $10 billion of revenue in 2021.
Mr. Queenan previously led the REI business segment in 2018 and 2019. Earlier in his career at CBRE, Mr. Queenan served in such roles as President and COO of CBRE Investment Management and Chief Executive Officer of TCC. He also served as Chief Executive Officer CBRE’s Asia Pacific business.
Mr. Queenan earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
Croft Young
Chief Investment Officer

As CBRE’s Chief Investment Officer, Croft Young oversees the company’s global Strategy and Corporate Development teams. He partners with CBRE’s executive, business line and geographic leaders around the world to drive strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) execution and integration, as well as balance sheet investment activity. Mr. Young is a member of the Global Executive Committee.
Mr. Young brings deep real estate industry knowledge, extensive investment banking experience and strong strategic and leadership skills to his role.
Prior to joining CBRE in July 2023, Mr. Young was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where he covered a range of blue-chip public and private clients in the real estate, investment management, and hospitality/leisure industries. In 14 years with Morgan Stanley, he completed over 150 strategic and capital transactions aggregating over $175 billion in value across M&A and the full range of public and private capital markets products, including complex structured partnerships and cross-border M&A.
Mr. Young previously served 13 years as an officer (active duty and reserve) in the United States Marine Corps. He is a director on the board of the Travis Manion Foundation, a nonprofit Veterans Service Organization.
