Bob Sulentic has been President & Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group, Inc. since December 2012. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2017 revenues of $14.2 billion and more than 80,000 employees (excluding affiliate offices) serving clients in more than 100 countries. CBRE is ranked #207 in the Fortune 500, and has been named a Fortune Most Admired Company in the real estate sector for six consecutive years.

Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Sulentic served as President of CBRE, with responsibility for all business segments. In addition, he served as the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2009, during the depth of the global financial crisis. Earlier, Mr. Sulentic served as Group President for CBRE’s EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Development Services businesses.

Mr. Sulentic began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Houston, Texas. Throughout the next 23 years he served in various leadership positions, including Project Partner, Divisional Partner, Managing Director and CFO. Mr. Sulentic was elected President and CEO of Trammell Crow Company in October 2000, and he became Chairman of the Board in April 2002. He served in those roles when Trammell Crow Company merged with CBRE in late 2006.

Mr. Sulentic is a member of the CBRE Group, Inc. Board of Directors and its Global Operating Committee. He also served as the independent Chairman of the Board of Staples, Inc. until its acquisition by Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, in September 2017.

Mr. Sulentic received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. Mr. Sulentic founded and chairs a private foundation that supports various charitable endeavors by providing direct grants to third-party organizations as well as executing its own initiatives.

Dara A. Bazzano, Senior Vice President, Global Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Dara Bazzano was appointed CBRE’s Chief Accounting Officer in May 2018. In this role, she leads CBRE’s finance operations globally and has responsibility for all internal and external financial reporting.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Bazzano had previously served as Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at The Gap, Inc., where she led all aspects of the company’s accounting, global shared services and control functions. She also had oversight for The Gap’s Sarbanes Oxley and supply chain compliance efforts.

Bill Concannon is Global Group President and CEO of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, a global, integrated, full-service real estate outsourcing business serving the world’s largest real estate occupiers. GWS employs over 40,000 people globally across more than 50 countries. As CEO of GWS, Bill oversees the delivery of all services to GWS clients, including enterprise facilities management, advisory and transaction services, project management, and management consulting. Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Digital & Technology Officer

Jack Durburg, Global Chief Operating Officer

As CBRE’s Global Chief Operating Officer, Jack Durburg has broad responsibility and authority across the entire company for service line excellence, operating efficiencies and its Global Client Care program. Jack provides leadership for Advisory & Transaction Services (Occupier and Investor leasing), Capital Markets (Property Sales and Mortgage Services), Asset Services, Valuation Services and Project Management. Earlier, he served as President, Central Division for CBRE. James R. Groch, Chief Financial Officer and Global Director of Corporate Development

James Groch is CBRE’s Chief Financial Officer with firm-wide responsibility for finance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and the Company’s principal investments in real estate and funds.

Mr. Groch joined Trammell Crow Company in 1985 after getting his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He began his career as an office leasing agent in Houston, Texas where he led the Central Region in signed leases in his first full year. By 1988, at the age of 26, he was promoted to Partner, becoming the Company’s youngest executive in that role. From 1991 through 1997, Mr. Groch served as a Managing Director of Trammell Crow Northeast, Inc. In 1997, Mr. Groch was named President of Development and Investment for the Eastern U.S. In 1998, he became Chief Investment Officer of Trammell Crow Company. From 2000 to 2005, he assumed the additional roles of President of Funds and Investment Management and Director of Corporate Finance for the public company. Following the sale to CBRE in December 2006, he became a member of its Global Executive Board. From January 2009 until March 2014, he served as Global Chief Investment Officer and EVP of Strategy and Corporate Finance with responsibility for the firm’s balance sheet.

Danny Queenan serves as Group President for CBRE’s real estate investment businesses, which are CBRE Global Investors, the company’s global real estate investment management business, and Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development business.

Mr. Queenan is also President of CBRE Global Investors. In this role, he has executive responsibility for the firm’s regional businesses with the leaders of the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific reporting directly to him. He is a member of the Global Executive Committee and co-chairs the Global Leadership Team, working closely with both groups in all facets of the business with a focus on the operating platform around the globe and spearheading select global initiatives focused on enhancing service delivery and efficiency.
