| Trammell Crow Company Announces Executive Appointments |
DALLAS, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trammell Crow Company (NYSE: TCC), one of the nation's largest diversified commercial real estate services companies, today announced the appointment of William F. Concannon as Vice Chairman and Michael J. Lafitte as President of Global Services. Mr. Concannon joined the company in 1986 and has served the company in a number of capacities. For more than 17 years he has had a very prominent role in the growth of the company's service business, in particular the corporate outsourcing business. Most recently, he has served as President of Global Services, the unit through which the company now conducts all building management, brokerage, and project management services. In his new role, Mr. Concannon will have high-level business development responsibilities, including responsibility for charting industry alliances, and will be the company's senior strategist and spokesperson regarding the outsourcing industry. He will continue to serve as a senior company liaison with key industry groups, including CoreNet Global, where he serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Concannon will report directly to Robert E. Sulentic, Trammell Crow Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lafitte joined the company in 1997 and has also served the company in a number of capacities. His most recent appointments include Area Director of the company's Dallas/Fort Worth Global Services business unit, Regional Director of Global Services and his current position as Chief Operating Officer of Global Services. In his new position, Mr. Lafitte will report directly to Mr. Sulentic and will have responsibility for all aspects of the company's Global Services business, including its growth and profitability.
